Welcome to the jobs listing sight for East Manufacturing. East is located about 15 minutes east of Akron, Ohio and about 25 minutes northeast of Canton on State Route 44 in Randolph, Ohio. East is a manufacturer of special aluminum dump, refuse and flatbed trailers for the transportation industry. Most of the employees we employ in our plant are skilled MIG aluminum welders. We also employ trailer support technicians in the area of production as well as repair technicians in our service facility. We are one of the largest employers in Portage County with a current plant workforce in access of 300 associates. We are considered a preferred employer for a number of reasons including our comepnsation package and the way we show how we value our employees. Our people are our business. Maufacturing Welding Supervisors

Seeking experienced supervisor for fast-paced, production MIG welding environment. Core competencies would be ability to manage subordinates, blueprint reading, fitting, assembly and production MIG welding with an emphasis on quality. Competitive salary, health, dental, profit sharing, 401(k), etc.

Manufacturing Mounting Supervisor

Seeking an experienced supervisor for our paint and mounting area. Ideal candidate would have a background in managing an industrial spray painting operation. Experience working with an organization that serviced large trucks and trailers is a definite plus. Competitive salary, health, dental, profit sharing, 401(k), etc.

Production MIG Welder

We are currently seeking to fill several PRODUCTION MIG WELDING production MIG welding positions throughout the facility. An appealing candidate for one of these welding positions would have verifiable training and/or work related experience as a MIG welder. Preference is given to those cadidates proficient at aluminum MIG welding, but a very strong background in steel MIG welding might allow someone to easily transition into the aluminum MIG welding process. The positions being filled have a starting wage between $13.52 and $13.77 per hour. There are $0.50 increases every 90 days during the twelve months of employment along with a $0.30 increase in April 2014 thereby allowing the new employee to earn between $15.82 and $16.07 per hour by the end of the first year. Painters

We are currently seeking to a couple PAINTERS to fill open positions in our facility. An appealing candidate for one of these painter positions would have verifiable training and/or work related experience in the field of commercial or automotive spray painting. The positions being filled have a starting wage of $12.82 per hour. There are $0.50 increases every 90 days during the twelve months of employment along with a $0.30 increase in April 2014 thereby allowing the new employee to earn 15.12 per hour by the end of the first year. Fabrication Machine Operators

We are currently seeking to a few FABRICATION MACHINE OPERATORS to fill a couple open positions in our facility. An appealing candidate for one of these positions would have verifiable training and/or work related experience working with power shears, press brakes and other similar types of equipment found in the fabrication environment. The positions being filled have a starting wage of $12.77 per hour. There are $0.50 increases every 90 days during the first twelve months of employment along with a $0.30 increase in April 2014 thereby allowing the new employee to earn 15.07 per hour by the end of the first year.
